Should you wish to return an item, please send it back to us within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in a sellable condition, complete with all components and their original packaging intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a sellable condition will be returned to you. All returns will be inspected and a refund for the product(s) processed within 7 days of receipt of the parcel at our warehouse.
We recommend that you return the goods by registered post so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during the transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items upon arrival
